Courtney Howe
Accredited Exercise Physiologist & Nutritionist
BSpExSci, BPsychSci, MHumNutr, MClinExPhys, ESSAM
"I wholeheartedly believe that exercise is medicine—not only for our bodies, but for our minds as well. When prescribed in the right dosage by an Accredited Exercise Physiologist (AEP), exercise can significantly improve an individual’s health and overall quality of life. I find great professional satisfaction in helping clients move better, achieve their goals, and live more fully!"
Courtney is the owner and operator of Move Right Exercise Physiology. Originally launched in 2021 as a personal training and nutrition business, it has since evolved into a mobile exercise physiology service following the completion of her Master’s degree in Clinical Exercise Physiology in 2024.
With a background in psychology, exercise science, and nutrition, Courtney has a special interest in healthy aging, chronic pain, and neurological disorders. When she’s not working with clients, Courtney enjoys playing video games, roller-skating with friends, and training for marathons.
